Hi babes,

I taped my first yoga class since we left for our trip. It went really well. It feels so good to be back in the swing of things. I am going to be taping 5 classes a week now. I am really excited to watch my practice grow and my youtube channel. It is so fun to spread yoga, and to write classes. It is such an amazing way to start the day.

It’s officially winter here and for a lot of you I am assuming. Changing seasons is always a weird time for me. Well lets just be honest, any time anything changes, its weird for me. I am very sensitive to change but also addicted to it. We have snow and its only getting colder. That realization is terrifying for me because I just love being outside, but I really hate being cold. So I am mentally preparing myself for hibernation while also trying to find ways to enjoy being outside in the cold.

Today I am starting a cleanse. The holiday brought lots of delicious food and some junky food. I am ready to feel top top again. So this morning I am drinking my coffee 100% black, and adding tons of water to my day. I love starting off a new season with a fresh body and mind. Yoga every morning, along with meditation and clean diet are just what I need to take on this winter with happiness and grace.

While, hibernation sounds dull and boring it also excites me because with hibernation comes lots of time to get work done that we will get to enjoy come spring. It is always a time of transformation for me and Trav. We will be in our cocoon for the winter and re-emerge in spring with beautiful wings.

I hope you are all excited about the changing seasons and feeling grateful. Gratefulness is the key to the seriousness of the winter season. Life is not so serious.

Love and light to you <3
